Restaurants and bars nearly always have space that soaks up sunlight where ingredients ideal for their creations can grow. We occasionally build gardens and hydroponic systems in these places to ensure a hyper-local yield for kitchens and cocktails, along with beautiful environments to enjoy them. 


Our current restaurants are a soil garden at The Hoppy Monk and a hydroponic wall garden at Maverick in Southtown. Make sure to order a cocktail or salad to enjoy their fresh herbs and greens!
